Our students can earn scholarships just for doing well in their classes. We reward students for their hard work and keep great students through our scholarship programs. Our graduates’ paychecks don’t need to go to student loans.
Our college offers two comprehensive programs: the Veterinary Technology program, which provides in-depth training in clinical and laboratory settings, and the Veterinary Assisting program, designed to equip students with essential skills for supporting veterinary professionals.
Apex College of Veterinary Technology is an approved institution for Spouse Education Career Opportunities (SECO). Military spouses that meet the requirements can earn a scholarship to cover their tuition in any of our programs. If you are a military spouse, download the MyCAA information sheet.
We accept General Education credits(Humanities, Behavioral Science, Mathematics, etc.) as well as credits that directly apply to our programs. In order for these credits to transfer, a student may take a subject-specific placement test. There is no cost associated with transcript evaluation, placement testing, or applying transfer credits. Students who have 5 or more years of experience in the field have the option of taking a comprehensive placement test to determine what credits can be applied. Using the experience a veterinary professional has already gained helps reduce the cost and time commitment of their education. We recognize the knowledge and skills that come with hard work, and are happy to provide an avenue for students to apply that to their schooling.
